The Skaha Bluffs is a popular rock climbing area with towering cliffs, pre mapped climbing routes with existing holds, anchors and bolts in place. The rock climbing destination is on the east end of Skaha Lake, south of Penticton, BC in the Okanagan Valley.

The Skaha Bluffs is filled with challenging routes and spectacular mountainous views of Penticton therefore attracting many rock climbers, hikers and sightseers from all over. The Okanagan bluffs is a big destination on many rock climbers wish lists because of climbs like "The Belfry", "The Doctor's Wall", "The Elusive Edge" and "The Fortress". And with climbing routes like "Going Shrimping", "Beefmaster", Squeeze Me In", "Salvation", "Blackwater Fever" and "I'm Utterly Useless" who wouldn't have fun.

The hiking trail to the Skaha Bluffs is an hour trek through trees and sage brush leading to the cliffs. It is a short drive south of Penticton to Valleyview Road to the trailhead.

How to Get to Skaha Bluffs:

The Skaha Bluffs is south of Penticton, British Columbia, Canada via Valleyview Road. There is no parking on the road. Parking is only at Braeside Farm. There is a $5 dollar access fee to Skaha Bluff that allows you to park at the farm. A seasonal pass for $50 is also available for regular visitors, attracting the rock climbing crowd.
